7/8/17 - Queen Wolf // Flying Jacob // Legends of Et cetera // Steel Samurai
Sup folks! I just have one awesome show to talk about this week - A four band lineup of MD natives that rocked the pizza basement to it's cheese filled core! The show opened up with Baltimore's premiere video game metal band Steel Samurai, who nailed a perfect speed run of high-energy chip tune goodness, and all without the use of Game Genie or Konami codes! Next up was the always excellent Legends of Et cetera who performed this time as a power-trio, but that didn't seem to slow them down one bit. In fact I think they may have been even louder than the last time! Flying Jacob from Waldorf hit the stage for a set of crunchy alt-jams, and last but certainly not least was the explosive metal outfit Queen Wolf with what I guess I'd call operatic sludge music - an Iron Maiden meets Melvins of sorts. Fantastic and definitely a good way to wrap a Saturday!

I love your enthusiasm. And you do a great mix, despite the space constraints and the bands' loud amps.
