G’day friends! Only a couple shows to report, but nonetheless here’s what went down this week at Joe’s.
10/27/16 - Fried Pickin’ // The Newgrass Revolution
Thursday was a night of bluegrassy good times as we were joined by locals Fried Pickin'. A scheduling snafu prevented the Newgrass Revolution from joining us so Fried Pickin’ held it down for the evening with their excellent take on the classic American style
10/29/30 - Bombenkinder // Sister Ex // Lisa Doll & The Rock N’ Roll Romance
It’s Halloween weekend and there was all sorts of great things happening around the city. There was also a show at Joe’s. Shoutout to Lisa Doll & The Rock N’ Roll Romance for their high energy punk numbers and for giving some life to the modest audience. Sister Ex performed a set of loud female-fronted rockers. Bombenkinder played too.
